A Blog-Worthy Story

Disclaimer: if you get grossed out by household messes please do not read. =0) So tonight was the roomie cleaning party, and the only reason it's a party is because we are together and there is fun music blasting from the speakers. Tonight my assignment was the bathroom, which really I volunteered for because I was grossed out by our tub that drains by drops of water. (This may be a little over dramatic, but I am in the mood, and hopefully it will entertain you.) My solution was to remove the drain cover and to "fish" out the clog. That section of my cleaning was delayed when I discovered that this house of women fit the stereotype tonight, because we have no tools. So one of the guys brought over a flat head screw driver and I set to work. My trusty head-lamp joined me for this venture, because it really had been there for many dark adventures, and I would consider a drain one. Really I don't need to describe what was in the drain, but now it's gone and here are some pictures that Taylor could not resist taking. And don't worry I washed my hands and the assisting tools well. Our apartment now has a working bathtub drain...yay! Thanks for reading my story.
