On a more serious note...I serve a great God!

So, in my last post I talked about being in Zagreb for in country briefing, but I did not mention just exactly how awesome this time of fellowship was. The entire region staff and stint team was there, and a good portion of this team are Croatian men and women who have committed their lives to God. We had a chance to worship in both Croatian and English, and just to stop and listen to them worship and pray gave me a awesome chance for me to stand in awe of God. These students that are now serving God with us are the reason I wanted to come here. God has the power to change lives, and these changed lives become my brothers and sisters in Christ. I did not know before I arrived how many Croatians were on staff, but now I can say that God is working and that he has started to call Croatians to minister to their land. Praise God that he is moving and that he has the power to change lives. I know that he has called me to Croatia for a reason, and though the next year is uncertain I can say he will move. I want to see more Croatians passionate about God, and I want to become more passionate about sharing with them. I can think of no better way to spend my days, then to spend it serving God and seeking to know him better.
